We accept Bitcoin and majority of other Crypto Currencies, major credit and debit cards, and direct bank transfer. As part of our discretion Policy all payments are made to our parent company and will show on you statement as Ecom Investments.  Bank Payments must be made to Ecom Investments Limited NOT Coffee Shop Seeds.

Please note, if your are ordering from outside the United Kingdom and paying by credit card you card must be authorised to make international payments. A quick call to your card provider or using your providers app/online can enable this.

When you visit our site you can choose which currency to view prices in and therefore pay in that currency. Usually the currency displayed will automatically be your local currency. Exchange rates are live and the price you see is the price you pay. Other than delivery etc, there are no additional charges from Coffee Shop Seeds.

APRIL 2022 UPDATE – Unfortunately we have an issue with card payments and therefore, we can not accept card payments at this time. we are confident this will be rectified soon.

We accept most major credit cards, Direct Bank Transfers, CashApp and Cryptocurrencies.

Bank Transfer

  • Select ‘Pay by Bank’
  • Click check box for T&C’s
  • You will receive a ‘Thank You’ message with bank details that closest match your location.
  • You will also receive an email confirming your order has been received and that it is on hold until funds are received. This email also has bank details on.
  • Login in to your bank app, internet banking or visit your bank. All our bank details you require will be on the email and thank you page. This includes, bank account holder – Ecom Investments Limited, Bank address, account details.
  • Payments usually hit us immediately but can take a couple of days.
  • Once received, your order will turn from on Hold to Processing.

Bitcoin & Cryptocurrencies

  • In your Cart, simply select Shipping method (this will default at cheapest/Free shipping).
  • Click Bitcoin & Other Cryptocurrencies button
  • Click check box for T&C’s
  • Click Proceed To Coinbase
  • Select your preferred cryptocurrency option
  • Send to Coffee Shop Seeds Bitcoin Address – all whist still on our site.
  • NOTE – you have 60 Mins to complete the transfer. Order will show as cancelled if 60 mins limit surpasses.

Checkout Successful:

  • Once you have checked out you will receive an email confirming your order.
  • Please feel free to contact us if you have any queries or questions either during or after check out – email us
  • When we have discreetly shipped your order you will receive an email stating your order is complete and in transit.
  • Log into your account page to view tracking information.

CashApp

  • Select ‘CashApp’ at checkout.
  • Follow the on screen instructions.
  • Log in to your CashApp account.
  • Select send payment and enter our CashApp address – £CoffeeShopSeeds
  • CashApp payments can only be accepted from UK and USA
  • Your order is placed on hold until payment is received, usually immediately.
  • Once received, your order will turn from on Hold to Processing.

Fill out the billing address form correctly with the card billing information.
Make sure pop ups are allowed in your browser settings.

Card payments are accepted from UK, EU, USA, Canada, Thailand and other countries. Unfortunately we can not accept card payments from some countries including Australia.

If you card payment fails, this is usually due to the transaction been outside your usual spending habits. For example, if you are in the USA and you don’t usually make international purchases your card issuer may block the transaction as it believes it to be fraudulent. A quick call to you card issue to inform them it was a genuine purchase will resolve this. You do not need to tell them what you are purchasing!

Some countries require 3D Secure. This is an additional layer of security and will re-direct to your card issuer to authenticate your purchase. If you card is not set up for 3DS it is likely the cause of failed payment. Simply contact your bank/card provider or log in to your internet banking and you will be able to enable this option.

During check out when you choose to pay by credit card you will be directed to our card processing gateway. On occasions when you are then re-directed back to our site an error can occur. This happens infrequently and usually a second purchase attempt will rectify this issue. On some occasion our processor may not accept the card payment due to restrictions with the issuing bank. Again, this is very infrequent. If on the second purchase attempt the payment is still unsuccessful then please contact us with the error code (if shown) any any information that would aid us to rectify the issue.

Please ensure your card issuing bank allows international transactions if you are ordering from outside of the United Kingdom. A quick call to your card provider or using your providers app/online can enable this.

Firstly please ensure you have filled out all the required fields for the billing and shipping address. You may also need ‘Pop Ups’ to be enabled.

If you have filled all the fields out and ticked the accept T&C’s box then clear you browser cache and retry. If you are still having issues then try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, edge etc). try a different computer or phone.

During check out you will see the option to pay by Bitcoin and other Crypto Currencies. Simply click on this option and follow the on screen instructions.

If you’re new to Bitcoin then we recommend Bitcoin made easy. This is a new website that shows you how to use and set up a bitcoin account/wallet. it also suggest the best exchanges depending on your requirements. Paying by bitcoin for the first time (either on our site or anywhere else) take approximately 20-25 minutes. Once set up future purchases takes around 1-2 minutes.

Simply click ‘Calculate Shipping’ above check out buttons and input Country, State/County and Post/Zip code. This will add shipping cost to your total and allow you to check out. If this is not completed we can not complete your checkout as your total is not fully calculated and this will return an error.

We sell over 3500 different strains many available in different pack sizes. At any one time we may be out of stock of certain strains. For ease of browsing some out of stock products will not show on our site. Our search bar has predictive text and will show a list of suggestions according to your search criteria. If you are looking for a specific strain and can’t find it then please contact us and we will be able to assist you.

Simply click on the search box in the header or the magnifying glass in the categories bar on mobile devices. Results will show seeds that closest match your search.

Unfortunately at this time we do not have a retail outlet for collections. All orders are processed online and sent via couriers/postal system. Please see our delivery information page for more information on shipping.

Our registered business address is administration only and no seeds are store at these premises. We have warehouse in both the UK and in Spain and depending on your seeds ordered will depend from which warehouse these will be shipped from.

As a registered account holder you will receive loyalty points on every purchase you make when signed in. You will get an option at check out if you wish to spend your points to get discounts on your orders. Simply tick the check box to add your points discount to your purchase.

All orders are sent tracked in stealth, discreet packages. Tracking information is sent along with the confirmation email that confirms we have shipped your order. We recommend setting up an account to place your order. This way you can view the status of your order and once shipped you can track you orders on ‘Your account’ page. We find this is the most discreet method of giving you all the information you require.
